Do I need a handicap or be a particular standard to play any of the courses?

Some of our clubs insist on golfers playing to a particular standard or being below a certain handicap, however the majority of our clubs welcome all golfers as long as they can play fast, know the rules and etiquette of golf, and dress in the correct golfing attire.
